Create a dedicated Family Recipe Book, let the little ones design it, and add a new handwritten page with a favorite recipe each year. When the little ones are still little, add a few of their pictures into the recipe book also for the ultimate cookbook.

Our favorite...and only...way to get the little ones to sit through the Macy's Day Parade. Link below.

In addition to football, have an annual family game night on Thanksgiving. In the spirit of pie, our tradition is Pie Face. Highly recommend, especially with little ones!

Right before eating, set a one-minute timer and have everyone shout out rapid-fire things they’re grateful for until the timer ends.

Get (or make) a simple themed backdrop and take yearly family and kid photos. You can package printable Holiday Pro props!

Have the little ones decorate a box (can be a cardboard box or one from Michaels) and then write notes, things you are grateful for, and include drawings to place in the box. Seal them in a decorated box and open it the following Thanksgiving.

Award a homemade trophy for something silly each year (Best Carver, Best Helper, Best Hugger, Funniest Moment). Winner keeps the trophy until next Thanksgiving.

Have a small, cozy breakfast in themed pajamas before the big day begins. A sweet anchor to the morning.
